Box cake is the lazy way of making a cake. The flour and spices all come in a box. I meant cream cheese, but if there is such a thing as sour cream I will take that also. :-)

My husband wasn’t a dancer. He told me that was the only class he failed. So not sure I can even remember how to spin or if these bones will even bend any more. But if gub and exit want to twirl me around I will do my best.

No box cake for you! I’ve got the carrots grated, crushed pineapple drained, golden currants soaking in a little bit of warm water. They were a little bit old. And the cream cheese and butter are getting to room temperature.
