More election news never reported: Two Fulton County elections board members voted against certifying the Fulton County election returns because signatures on absentee ballots were not electronically verified.

Because of the massive increase in absentee ballots, Fulton County purchased software to electronically verify signatures but could not get it to work. It reverted to all manual signature verification.

Was there actually a vote or did they just refuse to vote? I am thinking they just refused to vote but then changed their minds when promised something but THEN tried to rescind that vote.
