Because it didn’t fall in the margin of error to trigger an automatic recount. He does have the right for a recount though if it is paid for.
Yes, I get that. But if it was outside the margin of error due to fraud, I don't understand why he should be responsible for paying for it. It doesn't make sense that you should pay for something that was done wrong - especially if it was intentionally done wrong.
