If Justices were leaning toward PA, they would 1) not request date AFTER deadline, 2) motion to dismiss.

The idea Justice Alito would "game" it by waiting until after deadline, just to dismiss and embarrass Parnell/Kelly makes no sense. He would have requested SOS response by Monday had he been thinking of dismissal given importance of case.

Moreover, Justices don't want to look like they're siding with plaintiffs considering what this case is about to open - a pandora's Package of fraud cases.

Additionally, Justices likely want other cases to reach Court.

Six days of waiting will allow Trump Team to file 3rd Circuit appeal to SCOTUS.

Might be mistaken, but the Governor can only ask the SOS to request the signature audit? The Governor himself can’t make it happen. And Kemp asked for one back on Nov. 20. Raffernsperger hasn’t requested one yet.
