Dominion contracted with State of Georgia through Raffensperger. We are one of the few states that buy systems outright (for a whopping 10 million) I think.
Raffensperger and Kemp are named in the suit so this reversal still doesn’t make sense to me.
Are you sure Lin filed this? This is pertaining Powell’s suit, same defendants, not Wood‘s. I believe he is just sending out information about what is happening
Sued the correct entity the SOS but not all tentacles connected to the state office! Ie the county clerks, election boards (that’s the clerks, judges and inspectors and the TECHNICIAN. Each county must hire those to set machines up and troubleshoot day of election.
Those must ALL be named as anyone serving in that capacity. I do not believe that have to be named by name as then they could just fire - hire someone else.

Machines cannot be sued. It the operators and those who are given custody and control over the machines. They are the correct defendants. The workers (County officials and staff including temporary election workers.)
The plates, utensils, chairs and glassware may be flying, but I got a court order to protect the bacon.
