I'm reading people's comments on the reason for this decision. Mixed. Peobody and a Kassanda say Lin sued the wrong entity.

Wrong....voting machines were bought and paid for by State of GA and contract is with State of GA not individual counties. What is @GaSecofState hiding?

Unfortunately, I don't think that's wrong. County employees are not state employees during elections. Maybe they should be, but that's not how it works. It's like federalism at the state level. I would LOVE to be wrong about this. I'm just calling it as I see it.

I trained as a poll manager. Sure the county controls the election on their level, but the state election commission does give marching orders. The state would not allow me to work the pill with a face shield, regardless of the county or that precinct clerk.

Then they need to file to the COUNTY!!

They just need to amend the petition andadd every county election admin

Just got check. It was signed by county official not state. THUS election workers work for county officials. But our training and instructions come from the SOS

...comments on the reason for this decision.

Legalese aside, my finely-tuned nose suggests a far simpler reason:

The Judge got assured that her health/safety as well as that of her entire family was at risk if she didn't do as she was told.

Yeah, we're at war. Show me where I'm wrong about either point.
