The Milgram Experiment demonstrated how wearing a lab coat can convince some people that you have some kind of legitimate authority, even to force others to administer severe punishment. Biden's "Office of the President-Elect" is supposed to show that Biden has authority to act as the new POTUS. Pure propaganda.
