What struck me as key was: All of the states with close results in the 2020 presidential race have paper records of each vote, allowing the ability to go back and count each ballot if necessary. This is an added benefit for security and resilience.
Quite a statement since it would be physically impossible for them to have inspected and compared all of the paper ballots to the tabulation numbers in all of the States with close results. Unless there is a recount, this is nothing more than a take my word for it statement.
