I can say Charlie Ward claims he had permission a couple or three nights ago to reveal that what I call “Q Tech” has the goods on any state electronic ballot tabulation system.
It ran right along side (and undetected) of any other state electronic system. He said Trump won in a landslide and it is known & he will be sworn in.
An automated voice message followed Charlie.. saying, “What if I told you Trump wanted to “lose”?
