Audit for sure. But counting when so many are thrown out already, and existing ones with no envelopes and thus how to tell whose ballot it is? Dead, illegal, multiple time voter, non-resident etc.

Audit is the FIRST shot of (at least) three available to the State legislatures.
I posit that the intent of the Audit is to find shortcomings.
That will trigger the second shot available.
Election certification is now a hot potato. No one wants to take responsibility for certifying an election when it might make him responsible for the fraudulent result.
