At the time Rudy was on Bannon War Room - it was side comment; since the beginning it was said that they should have filed court actions the night / morning after the election and not waited a couple days. The add-ons here that means that there will not be any investigation(s) or prosecution(s) was not said that I heard or inferred.
Steve Bannon interviewed Rudy on his live show this morning. Rudy said he was disappointed in Potus´ legal team. He said they should have anticipated much of this legal work and should have had it done previously and ready to file asap. He said things are getting done now because he is ranting and raving. He said he should not have to do that but he is going to continue to rant and rave to get things done that he knows need to be done.
