At the time Rudy was on Bannon War Room - it was side comment; since the beginning it was said that they should have filed court actions the night / morning after the election and not waited a couple days. The add-ons here that means that there will not be any investigation(s) or prosecution(s) was not said that I heard or inferred.

check it out. Steve Bannon’s live coverage. Rudy just went over everything and expressed how disappointed he is in the Presidents legal team. Rudy said he is ranting and raving and making sure things get done that should have been done weeks ago.
