His theory is that Haspel and Wray have been boxed in by Barr and Durham and will be forced to report on what they know about the China and election fraud connection. The Turtle has been briefed on this, but GOP senators at large have not because of ongoing investigations. That is why Mitch singing a different tune than many of the other senators.
