Lost votes are voted that disappeared during the counting, from both candidates.
There might be a small overlap between Switched votes and Lost votes.

I wonder what the definition of “glitch” is in this case...
Shouldn’t all states have some sort of switch\lost ?
If some states were 0/0 (Nevada), would that suggest that there is human intervention involved?
