They should now have to disqualify all of Philadelphia as the only way to remove the taint of the fraud.
Pittsburg had problems too. And imho any state that used those systems/s should be re-done. Actually IMHO all states need a do-over. there were so many types and layers of fraud it’s like trying to untangle a ball of string the a mile in diamater made out of a billion little pieces of string all tangled together. Can’t be done.
