I don’t believe she was photographed. She was there as head of the London branch of CIA or something of that nature.

Perhaps it's that "6-degrees of separation", i.e. F is linked to all in the free world (and some beyond) with 6 hops; F knows 'B', 'B' knows 'C', etc.

Our flawed 'leaders' and agencies use this to REDACT and BLOCK even though the initial link/transaction can be isolated enough to declas.
