what’s the definition of “Electors appointed” if SCOTUS invalidates a state(s)?
Counting Electoral Votes is also codified - (I haven’t chased it all down and it’s mostly above my knowledge\understanding) absolutely fascinating read especially if SCOTUS doesn’t invalidate any state - seems Pres. Trump can get another shot at it?
