I’ve looked at that a couple times I still don’t understand the point - I first thought what was considered was that the ballots came back by date ala supposedly 98 years old came in one day, 99 the next, etc. - but that’s not the case ... what it seems is just that they show a progression / correlation over age ala more from people 98 vs 99 etc. which isn’t necessarily out of line though there does seem to be a progression. Further insights?
