Arguing right now with Dish to remove Fox from my TV -— I challenge you to do the same thing.
The only way they will "take it off your TV" is if you subscribe to a package that does not include it. Fox is probably part of a news package that includes CNN and all the other news channels. You can at least customize your Dish channel grid so you only see the channels you are interested in.
