Someone raised the agonizing question......what if the USSC does not want to overturn the election?
The USSC is guided by finite principles ——— who won or who lost is not one of those princples.
In the Bush/Gore decision, the USSC stopped the count......they didnt overturn anything.......they didnt decide who won or who lost.
Interesting comment, Liz. But I have confidence they’ll do the right thing, and Trump lawyers (best in the world?) will make whatever decision it is easy for the Justices.
