Moving THE HAMMER control and location(s) was a CIA (Brennan) operation.
The NEW DEVELOPMENT learned on 31 Oct 20 is that THE HAMMER has been formulated along with a mobile application called SCORECARD.
SCORECARD exists for the sole and express purpose of stealing the vote of private American citizens after their vote has been cast in voting machines.
McInerney delineates how Obama used this exact process to steal votes and all of Florida in 2012; how it was used in 2016; and how it will be used/is being used in 2020.
Polling is intentionally kept at near 3% ahead for the preferred candidate to manipulate public opinion and sow the pretext for the win (circle back to the fraudulent polls as confirmation for the stolen vote.)
The MSM is identified (as we already know and have known for some time) as being aligned with the Deep State and Democrats and wittingly complicit in all of this – “they are one in the same.”
Yesterday, it was learned that the Obama/Biden cartel is leveraging THE HAMMER and SCORECARD in battleground states to steal 2020: FL, GA, TX, PN, WI, MI, NV and AZ.
SCORECARD “steals the election by tampering with the computers at the access points. (McInerney refrained from further detail in that explanation.)
The Obama/Biden cartel intercedes at the access points ONLY AFTER all further human intervention has occurred meaning that there is no one left to detect the theft.
The strategy and technology was developed to be used in foreign countries by the CIA in determining elections in ways favorable to its cause.
THE HAMMER has been further removed from the CIA and ensconced in a Maryland location; with an alternate location available.

They get the central server data, add/subtract votes (video real time proof) any time right down to a single race.

I trust Donald Trump knew what was coming well before the election and has taken measures. If it is not turned around then there will be no more elections of Republicans on the national scene except for a rump minority for purposes of decorating the Capitol. Local elections will gradually become one party affairs, too and We are Venezuela working on becoming Malawi. As the military is shrunk down and we give up our nukes China will rule the seas and our economy, such as it will be. Our Second Amendment rights will not do us any good at all. There will not be a Confiscation but rather there will be Social Credit pressure that we cannot resist as we find out we cannot buy or sell or travel so long as we are in possession of weapons. Corporate America has slavishly and enthusiastically climbed aboard anything and everything the Left does or will do. Ok, here is where I stand. I sat down to start creating multiple threads with lots of this information put together. I envisioned hours and hours of work ahead of me.
The three threads would be:
One for Team Trump,
One for the GA people,
and one for you to show your friends who doubt the fraud.
But earlier today, I was shown that Team Trump has a much better, much more comprehensive list, with a greater level of veracity and a much better set of significance filters.
And as far as one for Georgia, I’m not convinced — after Lin Wood tweeted out that Kemp might be in the pocket of the Chinese — that Kemp would act on it. Maybe he might out of a sense of self preservation. I reached out to my GA contact, to determine that, but they were busy tonight.
I will still put together a Common Man thread, dumbed down, but I’m not sure that will matter at the moment.
We need to see if Team Trump can get some traction at the court level.
We keep this thread as a source, but as far as me working until 3am to make this thing woven together, I’m not seeing the point at the moment. Lots of work, maybe no payoff?

Second, I have some information - NOT direct knowledge, not even directly about fraud, but having to do with the opportunity to cheat. I have it on several key counties, but will post it now just for Wayne County, MI:
According to Wikipedia, it’s 2019 population is 1,749,343. Of that number, (again according to Wikipedia), some 25.4% are under the age of 18 (and thus ineligible to even register to vote, let alone actually vote). This brings us to a maximum theoretical number of registered voters (if EVERYONE eligible registered - which NEVER happens) of 1,305,010. That is, itself, too high because that number assumes that every adult there is a citizen which, in a county of 1.75 million people, is impossible - but let’s disregard this last fact.
So, how many registered voters ARE there in Wayne County, Michigan, according to that county’s government? 1,406,353. Yes, that’s right, there are roughly 101,000 more people registered to vote in Wayne County than even the maximum theoretical number of registered voters...and if you assume that 81% of eligible voters actually registered (which is the average for MI, but much higher than the average of 67% throughout the US), then in reality there should be only 1,044,008 registered voters in Wayne County, which is about 362,000 less than what the county claims.
So, who got mail in ballots in Michigan? Apparently ALL registered voters https://www.reuters.com/.../us-usa-election-michigan... This necessarily means that some 362,000 mail in ballots went to people who are not, in fact, legal voters - they’re either dead, or they’ve moved out of Wayne County.
