I have spent several separate hours (maybe 6-8 now) digging for any evidence of “approved CISA Ballot Printers”.
I can find nothing yet, the inclusion of a watermark is part of CISA’s election security plan.
Give our knowledge, I am concluding that any ballot printer that is certified and approved by CISA has been designated as SCIF.

I've looked to found nothing through any Federal agency. Watermarks are put on some state ballots but that is all i could find. Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) could be the issue why we can't find it and why Trump might have fired Mark Esper(DOD) if he really did leak any information. Thank you
