Could this rigged method be the reason so many states have R legislative bodies and suddenly a D gov. The D mayors and govs have been a real pain the the backside. Kentucky with 2 R senators but elected a liberal D gov? Something stinks in Kentucky and Southern Seminary is part of it but I don’t know what. Maybe Riadi (Chinese) money. I hope I am wrong.

Yes, most likely. However, people do sometimes vote Pubbie legislatures, and then Dem Gov. as a check on runaway policies, like we saw with Obama and health care(ie grid lock/status quo.
