I think that line of thought expressed in meme is counterproductive - every Republican lawyer in 2000 was somehow involved in the Gore recounts; IMO the DS is attempting to preempt any decision by SCOTUS as illegetimate.

It follows that every Democrat lawyer in 2000 was somehow involved in the Gore recounts too, which would make Roberts, Kagan and Sotomayor illegitimate if Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett are.
