If evidence exists, then that is a Federal crime - and those involved can be quickly dealt with by Federal law enforcement.

It’s the same bill they brought up before the election. Now that the dems know the senate is still republican, they will likely make a deal, where before they were using the lack of a bill to turn out their voters.
