Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

"Free thought" is a philosophical viewpoint which holds that positions regarding truth should be formed on the basis of logic, reason, and empiricism, rather than authority, tradition, revelation, or dogma.
When you are awake, you are able to clearly see.
The choice is yours, and yours alone.

You could be right. This is not a DoJ {legal} release; this is a bureaucratic statement by who knows who; English writing and grammar is apparently not well taught anymore, so...
The poster is saying that it is a release to the press, which contents can be embargoed for a time as stated somewhere by the releasing authority. Hard to know the truth. Take it as a 'maybe' - but Q did say that such preparations were being taken and the Senate committee did authorize the measures.
I’ll bet that this weekend we see some Trump supporters in the streets. This cannot stand.
If America lets this fraud happen we are finished. I think more than enough people understand that.
We all sense a calling and a purpose in our lives as conservatives. This time we cannot cave in, this time we fight.
