Q is the result of the sacrifices and commitment of countless patriots to win back our captured country from the Deep State and achieve the transformation President Trump promised in this campaign video. President Trump has said the awakening of the public is key to this transformation.
Q describes this awakening as follows:

I'll take a stab at it.
Here in CA, the ballot (paper) is generally a multi-page affair. This election there were six "cards." The first "card" had presidential choices and US and state representatives on the first page and state assembly and judicial on the back, then the following cards had nonpartisan district offices, state propositions, city measures, then city nonpartisan offices.
I don't know how the votes are tabulated, but let's say someone decided to peel off page 1 of every stack of ballots, the presidential choices, and set them aside for "special processing." All the other pages get counted the normal way.
If DJT is sworn in I just may be going to see it in person. That’s where I’m at right now. I’m unemployed anyway, I have the time. I would just need someone to take care of the chickens and the dog.

Mail in ballots are a receipt.
On 1/9/20, Dominion Voting Systems testified to Congress that paperless ballots are easy to cheat because you don’t have paper back ups. This is the “software glitch” vendor.

Happened just in August of this year.
The way they're shooting up every day, with no connection to reality, you'd think these "New Cases" were ChinaBiden votes being "Found" in the wee hours, or otherwise created out of thin air, in places like Milwaukee, Detroit, Philadelphia, Las Vegas and Atlanta.
