If the 3 branches all go red can a law be passed making 9 the final number of supreme court justices? If so, would they even do it?

We need to get a blue State either PA or MI or WI and MN to get the 270.

Michigan has 16 electoral votes while Pa has 20. I think either Pa or Michigan would put Trump over the top assuming he wins Fla and Az,NC which are looking good.

Wolf is not doing anything.

The extension for ballots by mail came from the PA Supreme Court, which was taken over by Soros-funded Democrats, resulting in vast changes to our elections.

It was the PA Supreme Court that took it on themselves to nullify the bipartisan approved congressional districts and drew new districts just before the 2018 election, allowing Democrats to pick up 2 House seats in PA.

The Swamp is deep.

The election rules are quite well-defined and followed in many locations. Then there is Philadelphia. We have the same thing in Maryland - it’s called Baltimore.

Yes, they can pass a law.

https://www.nationalgeographic.com/history/2020/09/why-us-supreme-court-nine-justices/

But as the past is prelude: if Republicans controlled all 3 branches of government, they won't do anything. If Democrats were to control government, they would immediately pack the courts.

Actually rural areas report last pretty much everywhere, where they vote the old fashioned way on election day.
Simple reason - somebody have to haul the election results to the courthouse. When I served in rural Midwest it took us about an hour to take the results where they needed to be. So we were an hour later than the city vote, by design. And we were not that far!

In close fair vote, you can count on the fact that the last votes will be Republican! We had always final red wave. Not a huge one, but enough to swing close contests our way.
in 2016 I saw it in PA, MI, MN, IA, OH, FL even NV. I am sure it was in many other states. E.g. in Iowa Hillary was ahead until they counted about half of the vote. It was not even close at the end!
Only Va was the other way - Trump leading until almost the end. I am not sure why?

The main exception - when they suddenly start discovering piles of forgotten votes in the cities! That is the sign of foul play! In AZ that happened in 2018.

Yeah we pretty much agree that republicans holding all three branches is near useless.

Trump can win without PA, he wins MN, WI and/or MI.

He needs more than 270. We’ve already forgotten about the 2016 faithless elector frenzy of the corrupt media. Trump lost 2 electors in 2016, and Clintoon 5.

Does anyone think the rioting in Philly helped Joe? It may keep people home in fear of going to the polls. Also 58,000 in Butler is a monster of a number for momentum. I live in Pennsylvania and the enthusiasm is over the top. Trump is going to Scranton today and if he rescinds the Rain Tax I hear he can add another 90,000 votes to his bottom line. Pennsyltucky is in the bag. Pennsylvania cheats ‘

It’s fracking.

At the second debate, Trump nailed Biden an fracking. He said Biden just forfeited that state.

Biden is fracked.

I remember the rural PA coming in after the cities.

Was a famous NBC radio announcer in the 1930’s - he was a republican

On election night as results showing FGR winning would declare “He must wait for those rural areas, the republican rural areas”

Of those, only NC, AZ, and MI appear close. Trafalgar has Trump up by at least 2% there.

So watch for NC voter fraud issues too.

It’s the objective of the democrat governors to muck this up so much that we’re waiting for a decision until Thanksgiving and possibly until Jan 20 when Nancy might grab the attention.

“Joe wants to win. Putting the first woman president in office would be the biggest, and only, accomplishment of his life.”

Joe HAS to win, as otherwise he ends up in jail, along with Hunter and his brother James. And how much does Jill know about the Biden criminal enterprise, hmmmm?

Two things. When Trump is in Western PA, Erie, Butler, he is reaching eastern Ohio. Two, PA will be ripe for voter fraud. You have to have numbers so overwhelming the fraudsters have to give up.

There may be two others......folks hate Dem governor Wolf who has been at least as totalitarian as Cuomo in NY, with a real God complex related to the virus. Completely tone deaf as to how his mandates are killing folks economically. He has the same Obama like temperament. Comes across as reasonable, but ir really full of hate for those who oppose him.

Of course the fourth is Joe likes to all Scranton home. Trump would love to rub that in Sleepy Joe’s face for the rest of Joe’s life....at least the rest of his life where he knows what is going on. I thought Trump was pretty graceful last time. You would see grace this cycle, it will be in your face.
