From what I saw, with those extra-wide tires, the only thing the truck driver will have had to do is ArmorAll his left front tire.
The white SUV, on the other hand, will need, at minimum, a new paint job on the right side.
Hope the SUV driver does file an insurance claim. Will be interesting to watch. The Biden donors will probably (unknowingly) have to reimburse him.

If it’s a rental, the driver will need to pay the deductible and the rental service will require a police report.
