I remember as a kid Beany and Cecil were created by Bob Clampett as I recall. He was an advertising genius. Anyway in Los Angeles where I grew up they had a local TV show with them as hand puppets an they hosted cartoons. Later on they had their own animated Beany an Cecil cartoon show...gosh that brings back memories.

Sidenote: I used to love Beany and Cecil. I got sad at the ending song cause it was over. How gay was that? Luckily I turned out #NoHomo.
