I’m thinking steed because ‘destrier’ transferred into the English language as a kind of horse that knights would ride, war horses. Courser was also commonly ridden but that is an English name, more of a race horse, for running the ‘race course’. When you mentioned Hotspur (Sir Harry Percy) it all clicked. Good name.

Every human being has free will to some degree; primarily to choose the light of truth and good or the darkness of lies and evil. Which direction to turn. Right or left, dark or light. Once the darkness is chosen, of cousre one still has the free will to turn in the other direction but it gets harder and harder the more crust and filth covers the heart and mind from the bad choices.
And some people have an inborn attraction to evil or good, most have some kind of inclination. No real “blank states”.

I have long thought that Believers could count on Holy Spirit to be our Comms channel when all else went down. Not that we could order such but we could request such.
