A deep seated and often subconscious need for self destruction and are absolutely self deluding. And willing to believe and follow any depraved degenerate.
Every human being has free will to some degree; primarily to choose the light of truth and good or the darkness of lies and evil. Which direction to turn. Right or left, dark or light. Once the darkness is chosen, of cousre one still has the free will to turn in the other direction but it gets harder and harder the more crust and filth covers the heart and mind from the bad choices.
And some people have an inborn attraction to evil or good, most have some kind of inclination. No real “blank states”.
It has struck me that a feature of several severe personality disorders is an extreme charisma when they’re “up”. Moreover these people have a misguided spirit of rebellion. . . against what? They don’t know. Us!

Perhaps if they called it a weekly consumer strike instead of the Sabbath people would go along with it.
