Another sad COVID death...
...90 is just too young.

Was not a big fan of the Roger Moore era, it become too dependent on gadgets and cartoonish.

Doubtless there will be a Bond marathon on streaming. All with Connery, of course.
Unless Bezos decides to pass since it doesn't coincide with his virtue signaling support of blax.

His life was definitely shaken, not stirred. Not a huge Bond fan but had great respect for his acting skills. RIP Sean.

He had some very extreme movies as well.
The Hill (1965) Very difficult movie to watch, of a WWII prison camp in North Africa. Torturous sadism.
A Fine Madness (1966) A hyper-sexual psychopathic poetic genius is sent to a madhouse to treat his violent outbursts and writers block. Seduces every female. Kind of a comedy.
The Molly Maguires (1970) About a coal miner revolt in 1876.
The Anderson Tapes (1971) Ex-con versus a surveillance society.
The Wind and the Lion (1975) Stellar cast, directed by John Milius, who later did Conan the Barbarian. Arabs vs. turn of the Century imperial powers.
The Man Who Would Be King (1975) Another great one, directed by John Huston.
The list goes on and on.
