Some people are talking about an October surprise going to be pulled against POTUS either Sunday night or Monday. Have you heard anything?
I have not. Has anyone else?
I think the time for surprises is over given the early voting. And for those of us who have yet to vote, an election eve surprise at this point would only impress people who would never vote Trump in any event, and provide an added incentive for Trump supporters to head for the polls.
For what this is worth, I don’t know any Trump supporters who do not intend to vote. We will crawl across broken glass to cast our vote. Biden supporters — not so much.
I can see them doing that, but I think it would piss people off even more, and push more people who were undecided, to vote for President Trump. They can arrest anyone they want, but they have to be able to justify it, and bring credible charges, and prove them in a court of law. An arrest warrant on the part of Democrat Cyrus Vance, Jr. at this point would be nothing more than political theatrics.
2 days before the election? That would only make sense if these were normal times, during normal times people voted on election day, not weeks prior, not a month prior, but everyone has pretty much voted..everyone I Know already voted, sent in their ballot..
In reality, the Democrats and the media have been dropping "October Surprises" daily on Donald Trump for the past 5 years...and have failed miserably.

For 10 seconds they mention, “and you can bet on Sunday the NYSlimes or WaComPost will run a hit piece.” No specifics, no forewarning. Said as almost a joke.

Exactly. The only people who cared about Hunter Biden were already planning on voting for Trump. Release some dirt on Trump this weekend and the only people who will care about it are Biden voters.

This is what makes conspiracy theories: you post this, and an hour later our state is on full lock-down with a healthy increase in Wuhan Flu and associated death rates. Is that part of the “October surprise”?
Yup, after having listened to the clip, it’s much ado about nothing. They are half-joking, they know the Slimes and Compost will throw some shit at the wall at the last minute hoping something sticks, but they have no idea what it will be. Likely another huge nothingburger that won’t move the needle, because they have zero credibility at this point, and furthermore anything really devastating would have been dropped by now. Too many folks have already voted.
