WHY would you use UPS for something that absolutely positively has to get there overnight? You wouldn’t even think of them.
I think it’s Fedex. I worked for them for 14 years. They are not going to let this go. That much I know. If it’s them, They are going to get to the bottom of it.

UPS is completely capable of overnight delivery, as is USPS
UPS knows that they would be outed as the courier. Best to simply own what’s coming.
