The ruling says that Minnesota must abide by their election laws, passed by the legislature and ratified by their governor, not new election rules not passed by the legislature.
This should be true of all states. Unfortunately Soros invested big time in Attorney General races, and those who make decisions concerning elections, throughout the US.
So, once appealed the law should apply, not the decisions set by individuals.
Seems like the Supremes will eventually have to sort out the differences between the appeals courts does it not?

This really needs to be sorted out by the courts prior to Tuesday, or the votes will be jumbled in with the votes meeting the deadline set by the legislature, and then they will argue that the argument is null and void, because no one knows which votes came in after the deadline.

I did read somewhere that the ballots are supposed to be segregated — don’t remember details though.
