I’m 2 hours late but I will pray anyway. I know that God can handle time changes and go back and forward. I always pray when I see an animal on the side of the road that it doesn’t suffer.
Now what does it mean to petition the Supreme Court? I had thought he needed to go through state courts and get a negative opinion before getting to go to The Supremes?
