Yes, It IS the crime.

It's the cover up, too, but it is the crime.

The issue isn't using the machines..its the people with the plans and training people and tech people getting in and changing counts are the ones we have to get. NOT the innocent American or the ones transporting harvested ballots under the direction of a legal note who's not to blame. Not all these American's are guilty of crime. People do things as they've always done and then find out after their training the one training was knowledgeable of honest. So NOT ALL people are involved in the way we see crime.
