Who built the cages, Joe?
I saw this and could not believe how uninformed these people. This is an old term and is well known by anyone who is familiar human trafficking and drug smuggling along the Mexican border. These people lecturing us about so many things are totally clueless.
No need to go any further.
Theyre worried about the Roadrunner. They should know the Coyote will never catch him.

Did @realDonaldTrump just say 545 kids they cant find their parents for came over through cartels and coyotes?! How the hell does a coyote bring a whole human across the border?! Lord-stop talking. #FinalDebate 9:04 PM · Oct 22, 2020

Trump is smarter than online liberals. Of offline ones for that matter.
The memes have been absolutely hilarious!!!
Citizens of other countries have no right to break into our country.
We do have the right to remove them when they do.
There are actual people who don’t know that a coyote is basically a human smuggler? That desperate people pay extreme amounts of money to get help crossing the border?
Really hard to believe.
Heard this on Morning On the Mall this morning. Sad, so very sad.
There are only two primary reasons why people try to sneak across the border:
(1) They cannot get a USA visa legally - usually because they were previously deported, or have a criminal or gang record, or cannot prove they have enough money to be self-sufficient during their USA visit.
(2) Or, many times, women and children who CAN get a visa sneak across with a husband, a boyfriend, or male family member who CANNOT get a visa.
The number of “unaccompanied minors” is a very small number compared to the first two examples.
Anyone who has a visa can buy a $25 bus ticket from Tijuana to Los Angeles, or just walk across at an official border crossing.
Another point...
“Coyotes” are almost 100% gang members.
Almost every mile of the USA-Mexico border is controlled by a gang.
If you try to cross - either way - without paying them, they will kill you, or steal everything you have, if they catch you.
1) Not really their child. The "parent" is either a coyote or a human trafficker. If they attempt to retrieve, they will be caught and imprisoned.
2) Desperation. Can't support/protect the child in their home country, so they abandon him/her there. Sure, he's incarcerated but they hope for a better life eventually.
3) Same reason you have babies in US hospital if possible - anchor baby. They will reunite in the US or not at all. They'll let him rot in a cage for the chance it will get them into the US.
Only option 2) is even marginally moral - even with the best treatment it must be devastating to the child.
