Happy Monday! The personnel are all astir here. DP seems to think he’s recovered, in spite of still having more symptoms than any of the rest of us ever did. He’s talking about shopping. Sigh.

Oh, dear. Not the shop talk!

I talked myself out of it. I think. Although I may go tomorrow, though, I don’t think I’ll be there at 0600 when the doors open. I think I’ll wait and leave here at 0600 or shortly after so I can try a new way home and hopefully, miss the hills.

Odd, but when I use the stairs to go into the clubhouse, my right knee is fine. When i use the ramp, like this morning to get my laundry in, my right knee gives me fits.

I made the Picadillo Saturday and it turned out quite well. I halved it and shared it with my neighbor, but you should be able to freeze any leftovers.

Yes, and now, I want to look into one of those step-machines to see if I can build up the muscle and ligament strength in both knees. I think it would be extremely beneficial.

I’ve made appointments on Thursday morning for James to be tested again, as well as Frank. Although we believe James is already over it, I don’t want him to go to Envirothon on Friday without verifying that he’s not presently infected.
