I think you are looking at this in the wrong prospective. All Hunter had to do...was ship the money/loot to a PAC that was under the control of Joe Biden.
Joe would then use the money to support other party members (and himself) in the campaign business. This is how he moved up in the 1990s and 2000s in status, with regards to committee membership or committee leadership. Eventually, it would pay off in getting noticed for the VP position under Obama.
All of this effort to say this only started with Hunter in the past decade is more or less....a joke. Hunter was doing small-time introductions to Joe for probably 25 years....but it’s the past decade that really ramped up.
It is incredibly obvious that Biden has been on the take for many decades. There is simply no way, on a Senator’s salary, that he could have the houses that he does, or live the life of luxury that he has. Given that Trump knows finances like the back of his hand, he should use ANY opportunity available to expose Biden for the fraud that he is - and ask the question of how he lives like this on the relatively meager salaries that he’s earned over his life in politics.
Trump should close by quoting Harry Truman: “No young man should go into politics if he wants to get rich or if he expects an adequate reward for his services. An honest public servant can’t become rich in politics. He can only attain greatness and satisfaction by service.”

Middle Class Joe Is Actually Multi-Millionaire Joe
Former Vice President Joe Biden, who often pitches himself as Middle Class Joe on the campaign trail, is a multi-millionaire, according to his most recent tax returns.
On Tuesday, Bidens presidential campaign released three years worth of tax filings showing the Democrat frontrunner and his wife, Dr. Jill Biden, earned more than $15.6 million since leaving the White House. The majority of the couples income came from a book deal estimated to be worth $8 million and lucrative speaking engagements.
In 2017, Bidens first year out of elective office since 1973, the couple earned more than $11 million. This was exponentially more than the $396,552 both reported making in 2016. The following year, the couples annual income decreased slightly to $4. 58 million.
Bidens political standing appears to be the reason for the couples new found wealth. The returns show that Biden earned $9.49 million in 2017 through CelticCapri Corp., a shell company named after the couples Secret Service code names.
CelticCapri, which was incorporated in Delaware only days after Biden left office, serves as the main vehicle for the former vice presidents public engagements. In 2018, Biden was paid $2.73 million through the company for appearances and speeches all across the country. In total, over the two year period, Biden made 49 speeches with some generating honorariums upwards of $249,000.
Not to be outdone, Jill Biden also cashed in on her public persona. The former second lady delivered 18 speeches between 2017 and 2018, earning on average $36,000 per event. Giacoppa Corp., the former second ladys shell company named after her familys original last name, reported paying her more than $557,00 in 2017 and $506,000 in 2018 for such engagements.
Rounding out the couples income was Bidens pension from the U.S. Senate and the vice presidency which generated $241,00 in 2017 and more than $190,000 in 2018. Biden also earned a six figure salary from the University of Pennsylvania. The former vice president leads the universitys Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement in Washington, D.C., a position that paid more than $371,000 in 2017 and more than $405,000 in 2018.
The couples income for both 2017 and 2018 put them squarely within the top one one percent of economic earners, a threshold set at $480,930 by the IRS. In fact, the former vice presidents income was the largest of any of his fellow 2020 Democrats.
Bidens ascension into the economic elite comes relatively late in life. For the majority of his political career, Biden was one of the poorest members of Congress. The couples income barely edged above $300,000 until Bidens first year in the vice presidents office, when he became eligible to to receive social security and his governmental pension.
Despite waiting so long to break into the one percent, the Bidens appear to have comfortably transitioned into their new lifestyle. Last month, it was disclosed the couple now resides in a 11,750 square foot Georgian-style mansion overlooking the Potomac River in McLean, Virginia.
Biden rents the house, which once belonged to the late-Secretary of State Alexander Haig, even though he owns two properties within driving distance in his home state of Delaware. One of those is a recently purchased $2.7 million vacation house on the Atlantic Ocean.
Some signs of the couples prior lifestyle, however, appear to have remained in tact. The Washington Post reported on Tuesday, Bidens charitable giving has only slightly increased. According to the most recent tax returns released, Biden gave 1.4 percent of his income to charity in 2016. The following year, when the couple reported making 11 million, they donated just around 9.2 percent to charity.
The percentage fell significantly in 2018 to six percent, even though the couple earned more than $4.58 million.
Since signaling his intention to run for president, Biden has sought to regain some of the working-class appeal that was exhibited in his early career.
I know Im called Middle-Class Joe. Its not meant to be a compliment. It means Im not sophisticated. But I know what made this country what it is: ordinary people doing extraordinary things, the former vice president said last year.
Ask any expat on the forum about the stupid rules in place to stop “money laundering” or tax evasion.
Of course the Biden’s have off-shore bank accounts. How I know? look at the pre-emptive strike the NYTimes made this morning against Trump having off-shore accounts. Trump’s businesses would have to have accounts if for no other reason than they are operating with foreign currencies and paying local taxes. This is basic stuff, so of course your average Democrat wouldn’t know it.
The British Virgin Islands, right next door to the USVI, are a well known money hiding haven.
I was staying in St. Croix about 8 years ago and I noticed a bunch of unusual activity at the hotel (Divi Carina). Bartender told me that Louis Farrakhan was staying across the street in the secure part of the property they called “The Bungalows” or something like that. I kinda laughed and then he added, “And Joe Biden comes down here every year with his Secret Security detail and satellite communication trucks and takes over the Bungalows for a couple of weeks. Things that make you go hmmmmm!
Since the news is talking about Trump's bank account in China then my guess is that yes, Biden does. And it's about to come out.
where does Biden stash his take?

Campaign reelection funds like the Clintons?
Thanks. Great link.
Thank you. Another great link.
Of course the Bidens have off-shore bank accounts.......
One place to look would be French Polynesia.....that’s the first place Obama and the wife traveled to when he exited office.
Unlike his VP, Obama was new at the offshore game......so Biden....who knew all the ins and outs
after 47 years on Capital Hill...probably helped Obama find a safe place for his “federal inheritance.”
There are 3 banks in French Polynesia:

The S/S records were also provided, but were not made public, to Senate Finance Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley and Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee Chairman Ron Johnson in a response to a request the senators sent to Secret Service Director James Murray on February, 2020
. In its cover letter to Grassley and Johnson, which was included in the records we received, the Secret Service said that the senators request was time and labor intensive, and they could only provide a limited amount of information by the senators imposed turnaround time of February 19. Given the Burisma-Ukraine-China influence peddling scandals, Hunter Bidens extensive international travel during the Obama-Biden presidency, including at least 5 trips to China, will certainly raise additional questions.
According to reports, Vice President Joe Biden and Hunter Biden flew on Air Force Two for the official trip to Beijing in December 2013. The records we obtained show Hunter Biden arrived in Tokyo on December 2, 2013, and departed for Beijing two days later. While it is typical for the families of the president and vice president to travel with them, questions have been raised about whether Hunter Biden used the government trip to further his business interests.
NBC reporter Josh Lederman, who was one of four reporters on the December 2013 trip, noted in an October 2, 2019, report that, What wasnt known then was that as he accompanied his father to China, Hunter Biden was forming a Chinese private equity fund that associates said at the time was planning to raise big money, including from China. His travel is only one of our inquiries.
During the last year and a half of the Obama administration, Hunter Biden served on the board of Ukrainian energy firm Burisma Holdings while his father was heading up Ukraine policy. We are seeking records through six lawsuits and dozens of FOIA requests related to Hunter Bidens dealings with the Ukrainian Burisma Holdings and the Chinese BHR Partners.
