Help me out here
1) shop owner called FBI to report laptop
2) FBI looks at content of laptop
3) FBI returns with subpoena signed by child porn expert for Grand Jury evidence
but did the FBI seize the computer the day that they looked at it
or is the above correct?
because if they seized it the day of that means that there was already a GJ started with other evidence
they came back with subpoena and seized it i think about 2 weeks after they saw it..first took it to fbi in new mexico they did nothing...
I would think a Grand Jury is empaneled 24/7/365 by the FIB for the express purpose of “Hoover”ing up evidence and getting it behind a Grand Jury seal.
