Once the money went from China to Hunter to hiden biden, the Chinese could say to hiden biden “nice houses you have there; shame if anything were to happen to them”.
Another point: anytime there is unexplained income, and a blackmailable situation, it is considered “adverse information” about a person, and such a person is an extreme security risk.
That is why President Trump said that hiden biden was a threat to the national security.
