I don’t believe all members of the cabal grew up in it. And I think the Deep State is not exactly the same as the cabal. There is some cross-over to be sure, but I think many members of the deep state are just your average person with an elitist attitude who wants to be on good terms with the powerful and benefit from them and just generally doesn’t have much of a conscience. That is evil, to be sure, but not all the way over to the utmost evil point on the evil continuum.
I think the cabal gets it wrong now and again as far as some of the people they bring in to the fold in terms of thinking they will be good members and soldiers.
I am thinking of Paul Bernard (I think that is his name), the Dutch (or maybe he is from Belgium) money launderer for the elite who was invited to Satanic rights and thought at first that it was some sort of fun theatrical thing the elite liked to do and that only some of them were really worshiping Satan. At first, the “services” he went to did not feature anything that disgusting other than perhaps naked women in lewd poses, but nothing one might not see at a peep show.
Then he attended a “service” that featured a sacrifice. And he was out. That was his walk away moment.
