They are reporting the same thing because they are pointing to the same story - 3 of the 4 point to the AP article.

They changed the rules for how they are giving source credit.

USA even comes right out and says it. “...According to newspaper’s account,”
bottom of the article:”Contributing: Associated Press” - which part of the article belongs to AP ? They no longer give direct credit.

I stopped my local long time newspaper subscription because of it. ( They are the best on local and state elections )
