Essentially, all the big banking families in America were trustees of Payseur. A congressional subcommittee, called “The Pujo Committee,” was formed at the behest of Representative Charles Lindburgh, Sr., to investigate whether or not a “money trust” existed in the United States.

I think the brief document at this link gets closer to what Q was trying to get us to understand about about the Corporation of the United States versus the United States of America, as well as the secret and long-term financial ties to the Queen of England that persisted at least until the 1930’s. I can’t quite make complete sense of it yet but the change in the appearance of the flags behind the President is tied in somehow.
