Hey, how ELSE should it be read?
I simply assumed a typo as the ‘K’ and ‘L’ are adjacent on the keyboard.
And, it is more properly known as “damping oil” within the industry as the cooling feature of mineral oil is unconsidered compared to it’s ability suppress arcs and sparks inside the xfmr.
Radiators are there to reduce heat stress on the internal connections and equipment.
I never tested for any “coolant properties” but always tested for kV-breakdown values.
