Trump supporter murdered by journalist bodyguard (good analysis) (7 minutes)

This is flat out murder. If anyone is familiar with self defense legal basics, there are a few factors and this case has NONE of them. Location is one, such as defending yourself in your own home, or not having a reasonable chance to escape an altercation. Belief in your own imminent harm and a reasonable proportional response is another. Attempts to leave the altercation, the duty to retreat, are considered also.

There is NOTHING in this case that can be successfully argued that shows this is what happened. It is VERY different from the Rittenhouse case.

That’s what I’ve been thinking. Failure to adequately vet the character and political background of their employee. Let’s be a lesson. I wonder if he was a bonded employee? That would be the first think you would think the employers would have done in these particular times. Especially in regards to armed protection. Somebody dropped the ball big time here and the aggrieved party has ever right to collect for the employers blunders.

First some people on this thread never saw the video. How do we know? Because the agitator doing the instigating was NOT the shooter. The guy who was shot had a confrontation with the agitator then moved out of the view of the camera. In this video are there only still shots between the person being shot and the shooter. Another link to a video as it happened would be better.

Second, this shooter was clearly anti-trump leaning towards antifaux, demoncrap, and not trained very well.

Antifa is a group from Germany that has been imported into the US shortly after the Occupy Wall Street stopped functioning. People really need to do research on the origins of Antifa. This “systemic racism” conflict has been in the works for years and is highly contrived to pit people against people. People have latched onto the movement because it is a classic victim syndrome movement and millennials are seeking something to belong to. With indoctrination full force in our schools it is no wonder why we are seeing this play out as this is a classic push from the bottom from the top down to squeeze the middle class. In Socialism then later communism, there is no middle class only rich people and poor people.

This is going to happen more and more often.y can link to the Moslem intifadists it will leap up in numbers. Most non Muj types are not eager to go to prison or get shot by the cops. Moslems think that is just peachy. There is some linkage between Left Revolutionaries and the Muj now. But Moslems know that no infidel is their real ally. When they figure how to use the Left to promote their own Jihad then in the immortal words of someone on Broadway, “Katy bar the door!”

The killer is shown in the video trying to coax another Patriot into taking a swing a him, presumably so he can shoot the Patriot in “self defense.” Somehow that suggests premeditation rather strongly. Unlike Rittenhouse he came to the Demo with the hard intent to kill someone. that attitude has got to be spreading among those fevered brows at a rapid clip. It’s Trump’s fault, of course.

The lethality or no of the pepper spray does not even come into consideration. The killer was grabbing for it when he got sprayed. Try to take my gun away fom me and you may just get shot. I have to assume if you are grabbing for my weapon you intend to use it on me. In this case the motive is not quite like that. He grabbed for the spray intending for the Patriot to use it so he could then shoot the Patriot in “self defense.” Watch out for that crap. I bet it is a trained tactic.
