Scaramucci is known nationally as "the mooch". There was a Jeopardy question about him last year. The contestant answered "Who is the mooch?" and Alex accepted that answer for Steve Scaramucci. Michelle is not known nationally as the mooch. That is just a FReeper term of endearment for her.
