2. To make our side comfortable with her so she could continue working for the enemy.
3. To make everyone back off and tread carefully?
If Q team has everything, then they already had some idea of HOW (key word there) Gina was playing this "Game of Thrones". We know that Q team has put people in place to trace back to the dirty players (think Rid Rosenstein and Vindmen) to clean out the DS infestation. We also know that Q team has put people or left people in place to trip themselves up in the process of playing for the wrong side (think SC Mueller's team and DNI Dan Coats).
The fact that all this is coming to a head now in the Q drops tells me Q team has gotten whatever they needed by having Gina in place and it's but a time of Q team and Q+'s choosing as to what gets revealed.

I think the key to the Gina Haspel mystery is figuring out why Mark Warner and Brennan supported her. The three repubs that were against her did so because of her past association with US torture policy. No name didn’t vote but came out against her because of this. There is an interview with Mark Warner in which he says he could over look that because the rank and file supported her. Sure.

Of course, this time it authorizes DECLASS to launch across the board, all agencies, no longer confined authorization only to AG Barr.

Haspel is a derp, but I suspect a well-leveraged derp. Trump has it all, including the nefarious doings of the London field office while Haspel headed it.
Trump has the unenviable job of totally rebuilding several airplanes while in flight, including the CIA, the FBI, the DOJ, and the DOD. He can no more shut them down than a major city can shut down its police department, so he has to continue using them while gradually replacing top leadership and totally revising their organizational cultures.
Only Trump could make this happen.
